WELCOME TO Jet Suit 

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY Jet Suit PRODUCTS OR Jet SERVICES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS OF USE CONTAIN PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN THE RESOLUTION OF CLAIMS BETWEEN Jet Suit AND YOU. PLEASE SEE LEGAL DISPUTES IN SECTION 18 FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.

1. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF USE

a. Acceptance of Terms. We want to let you know that Jet Suit offers for sale equipment, accessories, products and systems (each, a "Jet Suit Product”) and provides an online fitness community, services, content (including digital content - live or pre-recorded) and features (collectively, the “Jet Suit Services”) through the Jet Suit website located at https://www.jetsuit.fit accessible through personal computers, Internet-connected TVs, mobile handsets, tablets, wearable devices, or any other device (“Devices”). By purchasing a Jet Suit Product or visiting, browsing, or using the Jet Suit Services or registering as a member, you (as a “user” or “you” or “your”) affirm that you are able and legally competent to agree to and comply with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms or if you are not legally competent to agree to them, then you may not access or use the Jet Suit Services. Unless otherwise noted, Jet Suit Products and Jet Suit Services are provided by Jet Suit, LLC   

b. Additional Terms. Certain features, elements, services, plans or offerings of the Jet Suit Services or Jet Suit Products (each, a “Jet Suit Offering”) may be subject to terms and conditions in addition to these Terms (“Additional Terms”); you agree that your use of certain Jet Suit Offerings are subject to these Additional Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by this reference.  Additional Terms are either listed in these Terms, on the Site within the Application, within Jet Suit Services or accompanied with a Jet Suit Product, or will be presented to you for your acceptance when you sign up to use the additional Jet Suit Offering. If these Terms of Use are inconsistent with Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control with respect to the Jet Suit Offering for which it applies. For purposes of these Terms of Use, any references to Jet Suit Services or Jet Suit Products shall be deemed to include any Jet Suit Offering included within or combined with the Jet Suit Services or Jet Suit Products.

c. Changes to these Terms and Jet Suit Services. THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY JET SUIT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REGULARLY TO CHECK THE SITE TO VIEW THE THEN-CURRENT TERMS. When changes are made, Jet Suit will make a new copy of the Terms available at the Site and within the Application and any new supplemental terms will be made available from within, or through, the affected Jet Suit Services on the Site or within the Application.  We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms of Use. Such changes may include changes to the Jet  Suit Offering in order to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements (for example, to address a security threat or to provide the Jet Suit Offering to you). Further, we may update or require you to update the digital content of the Jet Suit Services, provided that such digital content shall always match the description that we provided to you before you bought it. These changes should not affect your use of the Jet Suit Offering but in order to continue to use the Jet suit Offering, we may require you to provide consent to the updated Terms in a specified manner and the change that has been made before further use of the Site, the Application, Jet Suit Product and/ or the Jet Suit Services is permitted.  If you do not agree to any change(s) after receiving a notice of such change(s), you must stop using the Jet Suit Product or Jet Suit Services.  This clause does not affect your rights in respect of cancellation and/or return of the Jet Suit Products or Jet Services as may be allowed by these Terms. Otherwise, your continued use of the Jet Suit Product or Jet Suit Services constitutes your acceptance of such change(s). 

D. Your Privacy. 

Jet Suit respects your privacy and Doesn't sell or store any personal information.  Jet Suit is committed to appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard any Personal Data you may share with us. We urge you to read our Privacy Policy , which is incorporated into these Terms, in order to review and understand how we may process Personal Data and the rights you have regarding Personal Data you may provide to us.

2. ELIGIBLITY TO USE Jet Suit SERVICES

a. Eligibility. Jet Suit Services availability may be based on geographic, age or other criteria, as we may establish from time to time. And, we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Jet Suit Services to any person or entity and change the eligibility criteria at any time.

b. Minimum Age. Currently, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence) to register with and use the Jet Suit Services. Minors between the ages of 13 and 18 years old that can safely use the Jet Suit Services may participate in certain aspects of the Jet Suit Services provided that they do so under their parent’s or legal guardian’s supervision and consent and that such parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms.  If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of legal majority), you agree to be fully responsible for the acts and omissions of such user in connection with the Jet Suit Services.

c. Compliance; Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for your use of Jet Suit Services and any user you permit access to or allow to share in your experience of your use of Jet Suit Services (“Your End User”) as if Your End User is you. You shall comply with these Terms and any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations related to your and Your End User’s use of Jet Suit Services (including but not limited to laws related to recording, intellectual property, privacy and export control). Your right to access and use the Jet Suit Services is revoked where these Terms or use of the Jet Suit Services is prohibited or conflicts with any applicable law, rule or regulation.

3. PERMITTED USE OF Jet Suit SERVICES AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Jet Suit Services are the property of Jet Suit llc . even after installation on your owned and controlled Devices. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and solely for as long as you are permitted by us to access and use the Jet Suit Services, Jet Suit grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to: (i) download copies of Applications associated with the Jet Suit Services to Devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use of the Jet Suit Services and for no other purpose whatsoever, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices and (ii) access and otherwise use the Jet Suit Services (including any content available within the Jet Suit Services) through your owned and controlled Devices, for your personal, non-commercial use of the Jet Suit Services and for no other purpose whatsoever. This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or sublicensed to anyone else. You agree not to use Jet Suit Services, or any part thereof, in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms.
